Old and new have been combined at 35 Golden Avenue. The original building was once a uniform factory Built from the ground up and completed in 2019, 35 Golden expansion is a 3 storey steel frame brick building. Large windows with masonry lintels and sills are a nod to the original converted factory building, whereas the east and north sides have an industrial look, with metal grate cladding wrapping around to the 2 balconies. The interior timber ceiling and steel beams are exposed in an updated a contemporary interpretation of a factory building.
